Lately I’ve been feeling like shit, but it’s gotten me to write music again. So in a way I guess I should thank you for making me feel this way, it’s made me remember why I love writing music so much.

I’m about to pig out on chinese takeout and Häagen-Dazs ice cream while watching How I Met Your Mother, then go to the gym and run and run and run away from this heartache until I can’t feel it or remember what or who is causing it, and then I’ll come home, light up, break out the PS2 and play video games until I fall asleep. Tis a grand life.
